A stress-free process 

Anyone who has ever rented a home knows what a stressful process it can be – finding somewhere suitable, endless form-filling, dealing with remote landlords… it can feel like a bit of a minefield to say the least. 
 
Well, The Property Shop aims to extract all the pain from this process and give tenants-to-be a much more pleasurable experience! 
 
Owner Ryan Melles said: “We look after our tenants from the moment they sign up with us to the day they leave. They are valued customers and we aim to establish a relationship that continues throughout their tenancy, whether that’s a few months or many years.” 

Caring and supportive 

This personal service is possible due to The Property Shop’s policy of fully managing all lettings and tenancies, so they in effect act as the tenant’s landlord. “Tenants know who we are and where we are, the shop offers them a comfortable place to visit if they need a chat.” 
 
Ryan added. “We always make them feel welcome and are ready to listen. If there is a problem with their property, we’ll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.” 
 
Tenants also have access to a 24/7 online portal, giving them the opportunity to report any issues or request repairs direct from their computer or phone. The Property Shop employs a full-time handyman and also has a wide network of trusted contractors who can be called up to tackle any urgent or specialist jobs that need doing.
