“I have been a landlord for twenty years and can highly recommend The Property Shop Yorkshire. From the moment I walked in their shop, I was greeted and made to feel welcome. The service offered was outlined in this initial contact and this commitment to communication was consistent throughout the whole letting process. Perhaps the most impressive thing though was their ability to secure a tenant in the winter, near to Christmas and New Year. My experience in the past with vacancies around this time, is that it has taken previous agents, several months to find a new tenant. The Property Shop are a great bonus for landlords in and around the Bridlington area."

“I live in a property managed by The Property Shop. Any problems you can call the office and have an out of hours for more serious issues. Needed a repair to a faulty water system and was soon put right can't fault them at any point so far and have been here over 2 years at this point.”
