Kathryn is the Managing Director, playing a vital role in the overall leadership and stability of the company. Kathryn has been married to Ryan 19 years, been together over 25 years and pretty much needs a medal, says the secret to a good marriage is to make each other laugh.
From leaving school Kathryn worked in the Magistrates’ Court then West and Heaton Builders Merchants, whilst teaching fitness classes in her spare time at the local leisure centre. She loves to still instruct classes down at the leisure centre and enjoys the break from the business.
Kathryn has two children, both of which work for the business, Ashley & Connie. She has her second child whilst undertaking and achieving a Bachelor of Science with Honours Degree in Business and Management. She has been a driving force in the business, from the purchase of their first properties back in the 90’s to designing the logo and building The Property Shop Yorkshire from the ground up.
She still takes a very active role on the finance side whilst supporting and leading the team.

Ash growing up was a very active lad and loves everything sport and music especially Football, Basketball, Drumming and Djing. Ashley had previously completed 2 years of college studying Sport and went onto completing 3 Years of University, achieving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. After leaving University he seeked an opportunity to join the family run business and jumped at the chance, all the years of his parents discussing property he had subconsciously listened and has found a passion for property like his dad.

Tracey left school in 1987 and started a full time job as an Office Junior where her administration journey began. In the last 40 years she has worked many roles and gained lots of experience. Since starting at TPSY in 2018 the role has given her more challenges and confidence and certainly keeps her on her toes where no day is the same and never a dull moment.

After leaving university, she decided to pursue a different career in property as a Junior Lettings Negotiator based in the Midlands.
After a year and a half, Grace moved back to Bridlington, where a job opportunity at TPSY became available at the right time.

During her final year at university, Sophie began working part-time as a lettings administrator in Hornsea. After completing her degree, she transitioned into a full-time role as a lettings negotiator in Beverley, gaining valuable experience in the property industry.

Beginning his career as a graphic designer in Leeds, Johnathan developed expertise across all aspects of the design industry. His professional journey also spans retail, shopfitting, merchandising, telecoms, and project management.
His passion for property emerged from personally renovating homes he had owned. Splitting much of his time between Leeds and the East Coast, he was ultimately drawn to the coastal lifestyle and relocated to Hornsea. There, he purchased a fixer-upper and transformed it into a home, sparking his transition into the lettings industry.
