All Repairs and Issues must be reported to us. Fill in the Repair form and click the submit button or call the shop/office on 01262 228283
Any Reports of repairs or issues will be responded to as soon as possible, thepropertyshop endeavour to sort and minimise inconvenience within 14 days and will provide an update to the tenants.
If a repair is to take slightly longer than normal due to the complexity of it or if a part has to be ordered and its delivery is longer than normal, the tenants will be kept informed.
If you are renting a flat or shared accomodation then it would be appreciated if you notify thepropertyshop of any other repairs and issues in regards other parts of the property, such as Communal Areas, Roofs, Gardens, Outhouses etc. If we are informed quickly, we can avoid problems escalating or getting bigger.
In case of an EMERGENCY please text message to the emergency mobile number given in your welcome letter and Tenancy.
