Remaining Deposit: £600 - Equivalent to 4 weeks rent - This payment is due only when you have been offered and signed the assured shorthold tenancy agreement, but must be paid prior to your tenancy start date.
Full Deposit: £750 - Equivalent to 5 weeks rent - This is inclusive of the holding deposit and remaining deposit.
Total Amount Paid: £1,400 - This is inclusive of the Full Deposit and First Months Rent, this is a sum of the money needed before the tenancy start date.
