What fees do I have to pay?  
To join our Investors Member Club an initial fee is required and once a property has been purchased the investor pays our sales fee, both of which are discussed within the 30-minute consultation meeting.

What’s the difference between your Registered Investors List and Investor Member Club?  
Simply for the ‘Registered Investors List’ these investors will only be contacted by us when or if we have a property that meets their criteria but for the ‘Investors Member Club’ Investors, they will have remote access to ALL our investment properties on our Property Portal which is essentially a hidden page only accessed with a username and password that has property listings with only investor specific details to make investors lives a whole lot easier.

What happens after I REGISTER MY INTEREST as an Off Market Seller?  
We will be getting in contact with you via phone to discuss your property to sell, after identifying if our service meets what you require, we can offer to book you in for a 30-MINUTE CONSULTATION MEETING with one of our investment agents, this will be either on Zoom or in our Shop Office. 
What do we mean by ‘only qualified investors will view your property’?  
We have two ways for investors to view your property. 
Registered Investors List - an investor can join our ‘Registered Investors List’ in which they are pre-vetted to narrow down their criteria to identify exactly what they are looking for. 
Only upon acceptance to the list, the investor will only be contacted by us if we have a property that matches their criteria. 
 
Investors Member Club – An investor can join our ‘Investors Member Club’ in which we conduct a full consultation meeting in our shop office, designing and identifying an investment plan for the investor. 
 
Only upon strict acceptance into our exclusive club will the investor have access to our hidden property portal (where your property will be listed) granting remote access to all property opportunities 24/7. 
 
These investors are our strongest network of investors and the most qualified, meaning they can browse, book viewings instantly & make offers at any time. 
What fees do I have to pay?  
The buyer pays the fee and the seller pays an upfront cost to market the property which is discussed. The Off Market Seller will only be required to pay a fixed upfront cost purely to market the property and the investor will pay our sales fee upon purchasing a property, both of which are discussed within the 30-minute consultation meeting.
